Andy Bain

Andy Bain is a senior business consultant with over 30 years of executive leadership experience across the public, private, and third sectors, with a core focus on the sport and leisure industry. His approach is grounded in a proven ability to drive transformational change, with particular strengths in organisational development, strategic planning, commercial growth, and governance reform. As Chief Executive of Active Stirling for 17 years, Andy led a significant business transformation, doubling turnover, quadrupling participation, and substantially reducing reliance on public subsidy.

As Director of Integratis Consulting Ltd, Andy works with public bodies, charities, and commercial enterprises to enhance strategic direction, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes. He brings a collaborative, evidence-led approach to stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and impact evaluation. In addition to his consultancy role, Andy serves as a Board Member for sportscotland and has held senior non-executive positions with Community Leisure UK and SPORTA Scotland. Through his advisory work, Andy helps clients navigate complexity, strengthen organisational resilience, and align service delivery with strategic goals and community value.

Graeme Atkinson

Graeme is an experienced Customer Services and Business Change professional with 25 years of experience leading operations and managing events. He has extensive experience in data mining and modelling performance data, designing coding structures for point of sale systems, and extract and reporting routines for a wide variety of systems.
